Raise staking emissions from 3% to 7% a year
The treasury would mint 4% more MRD each year and pay it to stakers. Holders who do not stake would be diluted by about 3.7% a year.
Governance agent for token holders
Proxa reads every proposal, briefs you in plain language, flags conflicts of interest and votes the way your rules say. You stay in charge of every vote.
The treasury would mint 4% more MRD each year and pay it to stakers. Holders who do not stake would be diluted by about 3.7% a year.
The problem
Not because they do not care. Governance asks for more time and expertise than most holders can give.
A single proposal can run to thousands of words, with forum threads and spreadsheets behind it.
Emission curves, multisig thresholds, contract upgrades. The stakes are real and the language is specialist.
Hold tokens in a few DAOs and there is always another vote closing this week.
How it works
Proxa finds the DAOs you hold tokens in. It asks for permission to vote and nothing else.
Every new proposal is summarised in plain words, with the numbers, the arguments on both sides and any conflict of interest.
Write rules as single sentences. Proxa shows which open proposals each rule matches before you trust it.
Proxa votes when a rule matches and tells you which one. If none matches, it asks you.
The brief
Proxa's summaries are neutral by design. Arguments for and against get the same space and the same number of points. No adjectives that judge, and the original text is always one tap away.
The proposer's wallet would receive 180,000 TIDE of the 400,000 TIDE grant. Autopilot is paused for this proposal.
Rules
A rule is one sentence you could read aloud. Rules run from top to bottom and the first match wins. You can change a number, switch a rule off or reorder them at any time.
Levels
Every account starts on Brief. Proxa never moves you to another level by itself.
Proxa reads and explains. You cast every vote.
Proxa drafts a vote from your rules. Nothing is sent until you approve.
Proxa votes when a rule matches, 6 hours before the vote closes.
Trust
Proxa's permission covers voting. It cannot move, spend or approve tokens.
Every planned and cast vote names the rule that produced it, in your words.
Every planned vote has an Override button, with For, Against and Abstain at equal size.
When Proxa finds a conflict of interest, it stops and hands the decision to you.
The activity log lists each vote, the reason and a link to the proof. Nothing is summarised away.
Revoking Proxa is a single action in Settings. It is never hidden.
Proxa voted Against on MIP-41, "Extend the liquidity programme by 6 months".
Rule 1: inflation above 5% a year.Conflict flagged on TIP-9, "Fund the Harbor grants round".
The proposer would receive 45% of the grant. Autopilot paused. For You overrode Proxa on HIP-118, "Lower the proposal threshold".
Proxa had planned to Abstain.Coverage
Proxa reads live, public governance data from two kinds of source, refreshed every minute.
Off-chain votes for any DAO with a Snapshot space. Follow a DAO by its Snapshot name. Live now.
Binding votes read straight from Governor contracts on Ethereum and Arbitrum, with live tallies and quorum. Live now; Aave is next.
For DAOs and delegates
Low participation leaves decisions to a handful of wallets. Proxa gives holders a reason and a way to take part, and gives DAOs a clear view of who is voting and why others are not.
Monthly subscription. Price announced at launch.
Annual contract, scoped with each DAO.
Questions
No. Proxa is given permission to vote and nothing else. It cannot transfer, spend or approve tokens, and the app says so wherever you grant or change a permission.
Proxa does not vote. The proposal appears in your inbox under "Needs you" with its brief, and you decide.
Yes. Every planned vote has an Override button until it is cast. Autopilot casts 6 hours before the vote closes so that late changes and late flags are seen. After a vote is cast, whether it can be changed depends on the DAO's own voting system.
No. Briefs give the same space to arguments for and against, and conflict flags state facts without a recommendation. The only opinions Proxa acts on are the rules you wrote.
Any DAO on Snapshot, plus on-chain votes for Uniswap, ENS, Compound and Arbitrum DAO, live from the chain. Aave and other DeFi governance systems are next. See the roadmap.
Partly. The app is live with real proposals from Snapshot and on-chain governors. AI briefs, wallet connection and real voting are next on the roadmap. Until voting is connected, the votes you make in the app are saved in your browser and not sent anywhere.
